■Onsite Inspection – To identify and take measurements of all problems areas in parking lot. These areas will be marked out on a site map and pictures of each area can be provided.

■Professional Recommendation – Based on identified areas, recommendations of repair techniques and costing for each location will be provided. Our team will assist you to determine the most cost effective approach for you to maintain your pavement assets according to severity an importance of repair.

■Long-term Maintenance Strategy – Our team and prepare a pavement maintenance plan for you, detailing methods for preserving your pavement over a scheduled period of time. This plan also allows us to provide our clients with future budget costing to aid in forecasting their maintenance needs.
